CARO is a not-for-profit, non-political organization founded in 2018 and registered with the NGOs department of the Ministry of Economy, Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. CARO primarily focuses on supporting minorities, particularly in the areas of capacity building, education, health, nutrition, and social justice.
Our Mission
We empower marginalized children through access to education, healthcare, and nutrition. Our programs also include WASH, shelter, and infrastructure support to improve living conditions and foster holistic development.
