Strategic Goals

Goal 1: Expand Inclusive, Quality Education
• Construct/rehabilitate 100 schools.
• Scale community-based education (CBE) models.
• Train 500 teachers on inclusive pedagogy.
• Enroll at least 50,000 out-of-school children (50% girls).


Goal 2: Improve Health and Nutrition Outcomes
• Provide maternal, neonatal, and child health services in 6 provinces.
• Deliver therapeutic nutrition to 30,000 malnourished children.
• Establish mobile health clinics in remote areas.
• Integrate nutrition education into school programs.

Goal 3: Strengthen WASH and Shelter Access
• Build or rehabilitate 200 water points and 300 latrines.
• Reach 100,000 people with hygiene promotion campaigns.
• Provide SNFI kits to 10,000 displaced families.
• Support 1,500 families with transitional shelter.


Goal 4: Promote Livelihoods and Food Security
• Distribute poultry/livestock to 5,000 women-headed households.
• Train 2,000 rural youth and women in small business skills.
• Facilitate market access for home-based dairy producers.
• Launch 20 community-managed savings and loan groups

Goal 5: Advocate for Minority Rights and Participation
• Form/strengthen 25 tribal and community minority councils.
• Host national advocacy forums on inclusion and social justice.
• Provide civic training to 3,000 youth and community leaders.
• Document and publish annual Minority Status Reports.


Goal 6: Institutional Growth and Sustainability
• Develop CARO’s first digital MEAL platform.
• Secure multi-year partnerships with at least 6 new donors.
• Train 100 staff on compliance, donor reporting, and safeguarding.
• Establish regional offices in 3 additional provinces
