CARO works to bridge educational gaps by bringing learning opportunities directly to underserved communities. Our Community-Based Education program establishes accessible learning centers where formal schools are not available.

We focus on:

• Setting up community learning centers to provide flexible, safe, and supportive environments for education

• Offering non-formal education programs tailored to the needs of out-of-school children, including literacy, numeracy, and life skills

• Engaging local communities and families to encourage participation and support for children’s education

• Creating pathways for learners to transition into formal schooling where possible
