Strategic Plan

1. Expand Access to Quality Education in Underserved Areas CARAF aims to bridge the education gap by promoting inclusive and equitable access to quality learning opportunities for children, youth, and adults in remote and conflict-affected regions.

Objectives:

  • Construct and rehabilitate primary and secondary schools.

  • Train qualified teachers and facilitators.

  • Promote girls' education and reduce dropout rates.

Key Strategies:

  • Partner with education ministries and local councils.

  • Provide educational materials and school kits.

2. Improve Community Health and Nutrition Services Enhancing community health systems is vital to CARAF’s mission. We will support access to essential health services and improve nutrition outcomes.

  • Strengthen primary healthcare services in rural areas.

  • Address maternal and child malnutrition.

  • Train community health workers.

  • Establish mobile health units and clinics.

3. Ensure Sustainable WASH Access Safe water, sanitation, and hygiene are foundational to public health. CARAF will implement WASH programs that promote community resilience.

  • Increase access to clean drinking water.

  • Improve sanitation infrastructure.

  • Encourage hygiene practices through education.

  • Construct and repair wells and water systems.

4. Provide Shelter and SNFI Support CARAF will deliver timely emergency response services, including temporary shelter and non-food item (SNFI) distribution to those affected by displacement and disaster.

Objectives:

  • Provide emergency shelter kits.

  • Deliver SNFIs to affected families.

  • Build rapid response capacity.
